1. Consultation Sessions

• Once a consultation session has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

2. Bach Flower Remedies

• Remedies are personalized and prepared specifically for each client based on the consultation. As such, once dispatched, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• In the rare event of damage during shipping or incorrect preparation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, if appropriate.

3. Follow-Up Sessions

• Follow-up sessions, once completed, are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances with prior notice.
